Customer Information Data Specialist
To create and maintain the data that informs Company s understanding of our customers.
Major responsibilities and duties:
This position will be a full time temporary remote position with an eventual return to office. You will be required to execute work requests from internal and external sources following standard work processes.
The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Create and maintain customer information data.
Respond to both internal and external customer requests within a timely manner via verbal and written communication.
Answer incoming phone calls
Tracking work daily
Supporting team members with ad hoc requests
Engage directly with customers when necessary to ensure the accuracy of their information
" Attention to detail and critical thinking to validate the accuracy of customer information.
" The ability to focus on detailed tasks and ensuring you complete your assigned work on a daily basis.
" Ability to work with ambiguous or missing information in customers content and determine next steps.
" Experience using Google, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams
" Additionally, basic Excel skills are required
" Availability during standard business hours
" Ability to work on multiple projects or to switch project assignments quickly, as necessary.
" Familiar with SAP a plus.
