We are looking for a Director - Data Engineering to Architect and build our enterprise data lake house and data analytics. You will lead a team of Sr. Data engineers and Sr. Data analysts as they work on functions like Data Platforming, Data Delivery, and Business Intelligence.
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of managing data teams and delivering complex data pipelines, models, and warehouses. This person is also responsible for expanding and optimizing our data warehouse architecture and optimizing for cost and performance. They have experience collaborating with multiple departments and stakeholders in addressing their data needs and the ability to lead change and communicate with a wide variety of audiences, both technical and business.
