About the Role
We are seeking a skilled IT Operational Change Lead to take charge of implementing and maintaining a robust Change Enablement governance framework. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the successful implementation of IT changes and fostering a culture of continuous service improvement.
As an IT Operational Change Lead, you will evaluate, and govern each change to IT infrastructure and applications. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, applying Change governance principles and processes to meet business needs, mitigate risks, and avoid adverse impacts on the business.
You'll lead, convene, and chair IT change governance forums, including the Change Advisory Board (CAB) You'll ensure alignment with agreed quality and practice standards and consistent communication of IT changes across the business.
You will lead post change reviews, ensuring consistent adherence to Change Enablement process. Drive continual service improvement, raise risks and issues through appropriate channels, and contribute to the enhancement of the change enablement framework.
To ensure continuous improvement and positive outcomes during the change process, you will plan, organise, and implement regular quality control reviews of all IT Change activity. You'll identify trends and initiate remedial or improvement activities to minimise disruption to business operations resulting from changes.
You will develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing consultancy, coaching, and mentoring to influence and drive adherence to the change management process.
