      An exciting and unique opportunity to join the Corporate Marketing Insights & Planning (CMIP) team as we accelerate the integration and evolution of our enterprise-wide marketing research programs, including VoC, NPS, CX, and custom studies. The Senior Research Analyst will develop, manage, and execute a wide range of primary research projects across constituencies, divisions, and lines of business.

      DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES - what you will be doing (top five):

      • Management and execution of quantitative and qualitative primary research - mix of independent projects and tasks spanning ongoing programs and custom efforts.
      • Working closely with research vendors and/or platforms in a range of capacities, from self-service to full service.
      • Collaborating with internal teams and clients to identify research objectives, recommend and refine specifications/processes, and ultimately share/leverage findings.
      • In each of the above, optimizing and maximizing both rigor and creativity across a range of projects/tasks to meet demand and associated deadlines/deliverables.
      • Proactively supplement primary research with secondary or other marketing focused research (eg, intelligence, analytics, or strategy) where needed, appropriate, or valuable within a given project or in support of other CMIP initiatives.

      QUALIFICATIONS - what you need to perform the job

      EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:

      • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing, economics, psychology, anthropology, statistics, or related field/coursework.

      EXPERIENCE (minimum years required):

      • At least seven years in dedicated quantitative and qualitative primary research roles in vendor/consultant, agency, or corporate/client-side environments.
      • Additional experience (within the context of the above roles or separately) in at least two of the following: Stakeholder/customer experience, marketing intelligence, product/program development, B2B/B2C marketing strategy, marketing analytics, and health care/health insurance.

      SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

      • Ability to execute all phases of quantitative and qualitative primary research projects, eg, design, fieldwork, data processing, analysis, insight generation, and reporting.
      • Ability to utilize data visualization and story-telling techniques to create action-oriented analyses.
      • Ability to manage research vendors/consultants in all phases of research to ensure timely execution and reporting.
      • Ability to work directly with survey research and analysis platforms (eg, Qualtrics and SPSS) and manage large data sets inclusive of both operational and survey data.
      • Ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously, often scheduled on short notice.
      • Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
      • Would be great (but not required) to have proficiency in Tableau and programming languages (JavaScript, Python, HTML, SQL, etc.)

      WORKING CONDITIONS AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS (include special requirements, eg, lifting, travel):

      • Must be able to work under normal office conditions and work from home as required. This role can be remote, hybrid, or on-site.
      • Work may require simultaneous use of a telephone/headset and PC/keyboard and sitting for extended durations.
      • May be required to work additional hours beyond standard work schedule.
