Job Description
Responsibilities Design and implementation of complex, scalable, and secure solutions on Microsoft Azure Cloud. Develop architecture blueprints, technical specifications, and best practices for Azure deployments.

Ensure adherence to Microsoft Azure architectural principles, security standards, and compliance requirements. Develop migration strategies, migration plans, and migration tooling to streamline the Azure migration process. Present Azure solutions, architectures, and migration plans to clients in a clear and compelling manner.

In partnership with the sales team, formulate and execute a sales strategy to exceed revenue objectives through the adoption of Cloud. Participate in deep-dive discussions and gather information about customers' technical needs and assesses customers' current IT infrastructure and translate the technical view into the implementation view to architect an overall technical solution; additionally, define technical alternatives and possible shortcomings to the proposed solution. Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and act as a subject matter expert on Azure Cloud.

Collaborate with account teams and other company organizations in developing and communicating key value propositions and negotiation points for a specific product set and technology. Designing fault-tolerant, highly available architecture for public and hybrid cloud Design Cloud architecture as per industry recommendations and create HLDs/LLDs. Mentor and coach team members on Azure architecture, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Drive innovation and continuous improvement in Azure solutions and methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, and optimized for performance and cost.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions. Requirements 15+ years' experience with IT Infrastructure Solution Design and management and delivery 5+ years' experience as Azure Cloud Architect Must have Azure Cloud Architect certification such as Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert Must have hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Demonstrable knowledge & Experience with workload or application migration from on-premises or other Hyperscalers to Azure Cloud Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, microservices architecture, and containerization technologies. Successful technical consulting and architecture engagements with large-scale customers or enterprises Experience in developing Innovative and Transformative solutions using Microsoft Azure Cloud Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments, with proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automation tools.

Should possess excellent Business communication and leadership skills. Deep working experience leveraging cloud platform native services. Exposure to cloud governance, billing, and optimization, and target operating models.

Hands-on Experience with Designing fault-tolerant, highly available architecture for Azure. Design Azure architecture as per best practices. Hands-on experience designing & Implementing Azure Kubernetes Cluster Experienced in performance and cost optimization of Azure cloud environments.

Good knowledge on Azure IaaS & PaaS Services Experience in designing cost-effective storage solutions in Azure. Experienced in DR planning and implementation in Azure cloud environments (ASR) Experienced in defining VNETs for enterprises with EXPRESS ROUTE and VPN Experience in designing & implementing Hub/Spoke Architectures. Experience with designing/implementing Azure Native Network & Security services eg Azure Firewall, Azure WAF, Azure Front Door, Azure Application Gateway, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud etc
