: The Role Bring your passion for helping participants plan for retirement and receive financial advice to the Prospect Experience Squad in the Personalized Planning & Advice (PP&A) product area for Workplace. As the Director, Customer Solutions, you will help drive participant adoption of our world-class workplace advice offering by contributing to the development of an end-to-end acquisition strategy.
Driving the achievement of assets under management goals, you will advise development priorities and have a direct impact on efforts to grow and scale the business. As a key member of the squad, you will work collaboratively with the squad leader to integrate partners across Workplace Investing (WI) and Personal Investing (PI), lead SCRUM ceremonies and drive initiatives to meet business objectives. 6-8+ years of experience in financial services and/or business consulting. Robust analytical thinking and a creative approach to tackling strategic business issues. Ability to manage sophisticated projects across teams, and exercise influence and autonomy amidst shifting priorities and timeline.
Ability to build strong relationships through social skills, high level of engagement and compassion. Negotiation, influencing and enterprise navigation capabilities. Excellent communication skills - ability to listen, assimilate new information, draw conclusions and summarize sophisticated concepts in written and verbal communications.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adjust to changing priorities. Excellent critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills. Agile mentality and expertise working with agile teams.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and experience with Jira or similar Agile backlog management tool preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred The Team Contributions of this roll will include the definition of analysis of the existing eligible participant base, evaluation of new technologies to optimize participant experiences and outcomes, and assessment of opportunities in mobile app experiences. The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship building, influence and program management skills coupled with an ability to think creatively and strategically.
Working collaboratively, you will engage with the squad leader, a wide internal network of partners such as marketing, User Experience Design, Sales & Relationship Management, Legal and partner squads to ensure high quality delivery of enhancements.
