Duration: 11 Months Contract Job Description: The team is a part of Consumer Shopping, is seeking a Quantitative UX Researcher for a 11-month engagement. Most research projects will focus on evaluating new designs, product concepts, and metrics.

Responsibilities: Design surveys aligned to research needs and product questions. Partner with cross-functional team members, including UX engineers and designers, to build and execute your surveys. Pilot and analyze surveys, from initial cognitive walkthroughs to statistical analysis of both closed- and open-ended responses.

Articulate key insights through clear and comprehensive written reports, compelling data visualization and decks. Present findings to a diverse audience, including senior leaders. Experience (Mandatory): 2+ years industry experience conducting user research in a professional context.

Experience analysing large-scale data using R or Python using appropriate statistical methods. Strong experience with Quantitative Research. Solid understanding of survey design best practices.

Ability to extract relevant information from reading code in one or more core languages and frameworks, including the ability to leverage the code as a resource to create work output for users or stakeholders. Ability to analyze information, draw conclusions, generate alternatives and solutions, and evaluate outcomes. Skills: UX Research Quantitative R or Python Survey Design Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a research-focused field and/or sufficient experience to demonstrate qualifications for the tasks above.
