The Assistant Manager Valuation and Wrapped Dividends is responsible for overseeing the processing of the Mutual Fund Pricing, Mutual Fund Dividends and Unit Valuation teams. Ensures policies, procedures are followed and service structures and business needs are met.

This position will require later hours, possibly several times a week, based on business needs and escalation. What you will do. Manages Valuation & Unitization Teams, responds to more complex operational, accounting, and reconciliation issues and inquiries. Define and ensure controls, policies and procedures are in place to mitigate risk.

Ensure processes and procedures are in compliance with company policies, Sarbanes Oxley and regulatory agencies. Manages various projects including to system upgrades and conversions, working with other departments in defining and streamlining processes, and smoothly transitioning new business into the company. Ensures the department's compliance with audit standards through monitoring of ICOFR controls and adhering to SSAE18 standards.

Assists with various audits both internal and external. Performs duties inherent in a managerial role, manages teams that have non-standard business hours. Participates on client and client advisor calls regularly What you will bring.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 5 years relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Strong leadership skills and quick learner.

Superior customer service and effective communication skills. Superior analytical/problem solving skills. Superior knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and Word.

Ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines. Ability to communicate with all levels of management as well as internal and external clients. FINRA fingerprinting required.

Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Base Salary Range $ 64,000.00-99,200.
