This position will be located in Orlando, FL.Roles and ResponsibilitiesPerforms technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.

Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.Maintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators.Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products.

Makes recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery.Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.Ancillary duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocating mass storage space.

Basic QualificationsBachelors Degree with 14 years experience OR Masters degree with 12 years of experience OR 18 years experience in lieu of degreeActive DoD Secret ClearanceExpert level knowledge and experience with current Windows server environmentsDemonstrated knowledge of DISA Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG)CompTIA Security+ CertificationPreferred Qualifications: Industry Certification for Microsoft OS or Server (Server preferred)B.S or higher in Cyber Security or related computer degree programExpert experience in administration of Microsoft Windows Server and Domain ControllersCASP+ CE CertificationExpert Demonstrated experience in networking systemsDemonstrated knowledge of cyber security best practicesDemonstrated knowledge of scanning and remediationDemonstrated experience with cyber security toolsHeavy Experience with STIG assessment, SCAP Tools, NESSUS, SPLUNK, or similar cyber security toolsDemonstrated leadership skillsSalary Range: $153,000.00 - $229,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
