This role is an exciting opportunity to play a key role, working together with senior leadership across BCG and within DigitalBCG to initiate and accelerate critical programs for BCG of the future.

This role is a dynamic one, and the responsibilities will be flexible and vary depending on global priorities. The duties of this role will evolve over time, with initial focus on Strategic projects working with DigitalBCG, our specialty businesses, and Functional Practices leadership.

Projects could include, for example:
  • As core member of the DigitalBCG team, driving key and necessary programs and projects tied to deploying and integrating digital and analytics capabilities across BCG's programs and businesses.
  • Launching and structuring emerging alternate businesses, including integration and teaming across BCG offers
  • Creating and deploying change management programs to engage and energize BCG teams in all functions and businesses
  • Driving forward global pilot efforts across DigitalBCG
  • Defining and launching go-to-market strategies and programs to support and build DigitalBCG offers across client groups, sectors and markets
  • Other like projects as needed

  • Self motivate, ability to work independently and to take initiative
  • Able to translate large, complex issues/objectives into effective work plans
  • Proven success in working effectively with significant ambiguity and fluctuating priorities and constraints
Leadership, impact and change
  • Ability to drive impact in complex change programs in a BCG or similar environment involving robust communication, change management and influence
  • Able to influence across the organization, effectively leading change, originating ideas and championing and gaining
  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree (MA, MBA, PhD, JD, etc.) preferred
  • 10-12+ years relevant industry experience or BCG consulting team experience
  • Senior people development/strategy a plus
  • Management consulting or professional services experience is preferred, as is global experience
  • Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Demonstrated leadership/organizational/communication skills
