* Directly manage projects as the primary point of contact for clients. Communicate with VPs, other Project Managers, clients, subcontractors, and Superintendents.

Qualify, select and bid subcontractors. Determine job specific needs. Clearly communicate verbally and in writing.

Accurately estimate projects from a drawing or sketch. Create detailed project schedules. Effectively manage permitting and inspections. Meet project deadlines.

Communicate and negotiate change requests.
