Core Responsibilities:.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers. Work with customers to develop, customize product configurate, set up, manage their implementation plan and timeline. Identify and resolve issues that arise throughout the implementation.

Work closely with other areas including product development and sales to ensure customer needs are met. Work with the implementation team colleagues on continuous improvement efforts to build efficiency and improve the quality of delivery for our clients Requirements:. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

1+ years of experience in Healthcare, IT or Project Management. Experience facilitating meetings and interacting with C- Levels. Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications:.

2+ years of project management experience; with demonstrated ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary projects. Experience working with Electronic Health Record systems, including Epic and Cerner. Strong customer service skills and background.

Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal skills. Detail oriented What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?
