For more information, please visit Responsibilities The IGT Regulatory Development function within Product Compliance consists of industry experts across all aspects of technical product compliance to include; advisory role across innovative product and process strategies to position for high likelihood of gaining regulatory approval, provide updates on regulation changes, advocate for industry best requirements and keep up to date with technological advances. Responsibilities include:.

Research regulatory requirements with a focus on online slot accounting systems, cage and credit, cashless, promotional, central systems, cloud computing, payments, and ilottery. Lead product acceptance strategies to jurisdictional requirements across key area(s) of focus. Perform comprehensive jurisdiction assessments to identify key requirements, areas of concerns and mitigation strategies.

Monitor regulation change activity from proposed amendments thru formal adoption. Contribute to regulation consultations. Identify jurisdictional requirement best practices.

Provide executive level overviews of strategic initiatives and regulation updates. Collaborate within compliance and across key business partners Qualifications. Bachelor's Degree in business, software engineering, IT or similar background.

10+ years' experience within highly regulated industries such as gaming, lottery and/or banking. Ability to navigate complex requirements and provide guidance. Understanding of systems, networks, cloud computing principles and other technology Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results to respective audiences.

Analytical thinker with proactive approach to identifying solutions. Organized, independent and collaborative. Proficient in SharePoint, JIRA, Microsoft tools Keys to Success.
