This is an exciting opportunity to help establish the Accounting Department in a new multi-cultural innovative industry. The Asset Management Analyst will help in all areas of the accounting department as listed below.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Asset Settlement/Capitalization
• Asset Tracking
• Asset Inventory
• Establishing Controls on Assets
• Tracking Capital expenditures
• Asset record maintenance
• Asset disposal Processing
• Internal Controls related to Asset Accounting
• Month-end Activities related to SAP Asset Module
• Assist Accounting Department in other areas
• Project Management
• Asset Tagging/Identification
• Capital Forecasting
• Areas of Leadership and Technical abilities
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Access, or other database applications
• Knowledge of SAP beneficial
• Understanding of basic accounting principles

Minimum Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar.
• 1 - 2 Years of Asset Management Experience.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task.
• Demonstrated teamwork and team building skills.

Preferred Job Requirements

• Bilingual English/Korean.
• Master of Business Administration.
• Experience in continuous improvement systems and lean manufacturing.
• Mainframe applications/ITM program understanding.
• Ability and desire to identify opportunities for process improvements, and the drive to enact change.
