As the Supply Chain Planning Analyst you are responsible for supporting global business units with forecasting and demand planning, capacity planning, and inventory planning functions for the manufacturing locations in Wisconsin area. In this role, you will collaborate with the business unit leadership, manufacturing, sales and marketing and commercial planning teams to generate accurate sales forecasts, capacity plans, inventory projections that support the business and customer service.
In addition, you will support the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure achievement of Ahlstrom-Munksjö's commercial and customer needs. The Supply Chain Planning Analyst will provide business reports and analysis to the business area as needed. Other responsibilities include:.
Support the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Support for the forecasting process and demand planning process. Support the capacity and inventory planning process.
Provide direct support for the development of the business area's Annual Plan (AP). Maintain tools and key data tables that support forecasting and Inventory projections. Provide daily, weekly, monthly and as needed analytics and reports to support the business Identify opportunities for workflow and system improvements to enhance overall efficiencies.

Skilled in process improvement and system optimization. Strong analytical skills. Strong verbal and written communications.
