Job Description

Responsible for providing strategic and tactical direction for operational activities within the online application to improve the end-to-end customer experience and deliver incremental growth. Ensures efficient and compliant servicing operations while ensuring world-class customer experience.


  • Lead the online application governance process and track the health of the application.
  • Utilize analytics and other data to optimize the application, build dashboards, scrutinize web metrics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Actively monitor servicing quality levels, communicates opportunities for improvement, and collaborates with operations to improve service levels.
  • Manage relationship with business partners and manages system-related projects from idea to implementation.
  • Identify and resolves risks and vulnerabilities in the process, developing controls and compliance practices for risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with business partners on process enhancements, communicate operational implications, and suggest alternatives that may achieve the same objectives but with more favorable impact to operations (eg, lower cost, less complexity), and commit to approaches selected by leadership and leads their implementation.
  • Ensure sound operational processes and procedures are developed and documented.
  • Develop any necessary remediation plans and ensure their timely completion.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute activities that support business-partner initiatives across the organization and ensures operations' expectations for timeliness, quality, and efficiency are delivered in conjunction internal and external parties.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here is what we need from you:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Business, Marketing, Communications Integrated Marketing, Web Design, Web Development, UX, or related field or 6+ years of experience in Financial Services Operations
  • In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in applicable line of business (Deposits, Personal Loans, Student Loans), or related field

Preferred Qualifications

If we had our say, we would also look for:

  • 6+ years of experience in Business, Marketing, Communications Integrated Marketing, Web Design, Web Development, UX, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Launch
  • Experience with the full Adobe Suite of Products (Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch and Adobe Experience Manager)
  • Ability to build and interpret analytics reports and dashboards
