Position Description:

Responsible for the successful technical, schedule, and cost performance of a high-visibility, mission-critical 40-person software development project for an application that aggregates data from multiple sources. Supervises professional and technical personnel performing in their customary disciplines. Maintains aggressive efforts to achieve objectives. Trains and supervises personnel. May be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff. Develop and deliver required contract, project and/or financial reports.

Qualifications

Requires BA/BS with 10 years of experience with at least 4 years of management level responsibility. Incumbent has specialized knowledge in at least one area of expertise and a general knowledge in 1-2 other areas.

Required

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Computer Science or related field of study, with 12 or more years of relevant experience, at least 4 years in a management capacity. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience with the RMF accreditation process
• Project management experience with a similar size and scope development project for the IC or DoD.
• Project management in an Agile development environment
• Three years' experience on projects using Agile Software Development Methodology (can be Agile or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Foundational knowledge of/experience with Agile/Scrum processes and management tools such as Jira or VersionOne;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
• Ability to effectively communicate to varying levels of organizational management and customer management, to include executive/SES level
• Active TS/SCI and able to pass CI Polygraph
