Representing a leader in the industry, we are searching for a Senior Civil Project Manager to join their team. This is an immediate need and we are looking to schedule interviews as soon as possible.

Projects are throughout Connecticut Candidates must: provide management of key infrastructure projects provide leadership & guidance to project teams serve as the primary point of contact for clients Responsibilities for this position include: Building, Supporting, and Connecting multidisciplinary project teams focused on client specified requirements-specifically, demonstrated capabilities in leveraging the strengths and talents of a team, and associated organizational and delegation skills. Projects may include planning, land survey, engineering design, permitting, and construction deliverables Estimating fees, determining scope of work, and/or preparing proposals and contracts on large or multiple projects Direct project team compliance with contract terms, schedules, budget, and quality objectives Demonstrated problem-solving skills Licensed Professional Engineer in CT Previous experience with ConnDOT; knowledge of CT regulations, guideline, etc., highways, roadways, etc.

Public works; private projects; schools, parks, etc. REQUIRED Design experience a plus, but not required. Strong comp & benefits Salary commensurate with experience.
