Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing and troubleshooting as required internally or with far end sites and facilitate conference when necessary. The Bridge Operators shall be
available during core hours with the shift changing every two weeks 0700-1600 to 0900 -1800

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience working on an MCU Bridge, TMS/CMS application, connecting in different formats (H.323, H.320, IP, ISDN, Alias, DISA GVS, unclassified and classified), connect Audio Bridge, input data on the bridge, and conduct Over-The-Air-Rekey using COMSEC devices. Proficient with the use of the suite of Microsoft products to include but not limited to MS Teams, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, and MS SharePoint
