These are the behaviors you'll need for success at Logitech.In addition, in this role you will:+ Assist the team in meeting and exceeding quarterly sell through, shipment and inventory objectives.+ Support and launch all appropriate categories and products.
+ Ensure item set up of all new in-store and on-line items.+ Maintain all Logitech items ensuring copy, images and pricing (MAP) are correct and up-to-date, weekly.+ Provide weekly PO alignment and analysis.
+ Conduct research and analysis on Vendor Report Card and compliance data and manage bi-weekly Content Analytics Score Card.+ Research, select and evaluate factors from multiple sources to create daily, weekly, and monthly sales, inventory and financial reports.+ Proactively provide analysis from report data to improve achieve Logitech goals and objectives.
+ Execute ad hoc projects as they arise internally and from the customer.+ Assist the Logitech team with developing long-term forecasts and events at the item level. Assist the team with product life cycle management.
+ Partner with and leverage all necessary internal business partners to maximize our client relationship. Report and communicate internally as required.+ Execute meaningfully, promptly, accurately, and reliably.
Present yourself and be a gold-standard vendor and business partner externally and internally+ Resolve complex issues, challenges with minimal guidance as well as participates in projects of diverse scope.*Key Qualifications:*For consideration, you must bring the following.*minimum* skills and behaviors to our team:+ An Expert with store systems and POL applications to include: Greenfield, Vender IQ, IMN, Launch Pad, Vendor Dispute tracking.
PCN, Content Pipeline, CAN, JBP and more.+ Proven experience working with or at a retail environment or supporting a retail relationship.+ A proven and documented drive and will-to-win balanced with appropriate humility.+ Strong character.
An individual who demands the very best of themselves and those around them and is driven to always find ways to improve and do the right thing.+ The ability to work independently, while also appropriately leveraging and synthesizing internal and external resources, and working as a part of a broader teamIn addition,.*preferable* skills and behaviors include:+ Approximately six years of experience with solution-based approach to solving customer requirements and an understanding of complex short and long-term projects.
+ Ability to balance frequently challenging short-term requirements and objectives with long-term initiatives and strategies. Plan to and manage expectations accordingly, internally/externally, to help facilitate this objective.+ Be able and willing to fight for and defend positions and requirements internally and externally, balanced with an ability to embrace and maximize conclusions different than your position.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication.+ Advanced computer skills and willing to embrace learning and adopting these skills as necessary to fulfill job requirements.*Education:*Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
