This role will be within our Corporate Finance Systems Team and will work closely with other IT departments, business stakeholders and consultants through all project phases of ERP/Enterprise Packaged Software implementations, Data Platform and Middleware integrations for our ERP/Finance/Legal/Compliance/Risk Applications.

This role requires a reliable, detail-oriented and adaptive professional who can function in various phases of a dynamic project and can multi-task and transition quickly. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience implementing, designing, developing, deploying and supporting software solutions. The candidate will develop working relationships with peer technologists, analysts and key business stakeholders to effect change leveraging modern agile delivery models and tools.

In addition, should have proven hands-on configurations, data modelling and software development experience with understanding of finance, accounting and procurement applications and technology. Strong communication skills, ability to work independently with multiple personnel/departments will be crucial. Success will be measured by quality of work products, ability to meet deadlines/milestones and user satisfaction.

Primary Functions and Essential ResponsibilitiesEstablishing and maintaining strong discipline over the foundations for the applications architecture ecosystem to achieve operational maturity.Business Process and Systems Analysis: Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.

Conduct workshops and interviews to understand user needs, pain points, and process bottlenecks. Translate business requirements into comprehensive end to end system solution.Solution Design: Design scalable and efficient Enterprise Integrations, Packaged Software Customizations, Data Analytic solutions that align with business goals and best practices for Record to Report, Project Contract to Cash, Procure to Pay and similar end to end business processes.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to functional/development teams for new implementations, enhancements and support. Ensure adherence to best practices. Review and provide feedback on technical design documents and development deliverables.

Application configuration, integrations, automation, customizations and reportingEnterprise Integrations: Design business and system architecture, API based data integration detailed designs to ensure smooth flow of information between Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Coupa, OneStream, Data Lake, Expense Management, Fund Administration SystemsReporting and Analytics: Design and develop data modeling, data warehouse and reports for the end users and drive the administration of an enterprise-wide reporting/business intelligence/analytics.Prepare all necessary documentation, document technical solutions and other related deliverables.Assist end users in application/system issuesQualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computing, Finance, Information Systems or related fieldsExperience Required: 7-9 years of relevant implementing/enhancing/supporting one or more ERP/EPM technologies with custom software solution development.

Minimum 3 full cycle implementations of end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP applications with focus on financials Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Assets, Project Accounting, Expenses and General LedgerStrong experience with enterprise-wide system solutioning, integrations, data warehouse development and governanceImplementation experience and strong knowledge in Enterprise Applications such as Oracle Fusion ERP/Oracle E-Business required. Experience with one or more Dynamics 365, Coupa, OneStream/Hyperion, Concur, reconciliation tools like Trintech/Duco/IVP/Blackline desired.Knowledge/Experience in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) a plusExperience with PowerBI, or other reporting platformsStrong data modeling skills and familiarity with data warehouse conceptsPreferred experience with Python based API integrations, Azure and Cloud technologies, Microsoft .

Net platform and Power App technologies.Knowledge of Agile project management methodology using tools like JIRA, ConfluenceLiaison to the application architecture, business analysts and PMO teams to ensure guidelines and process across all technology initiatives are aligned properly.Experience in global distributed team model with stakeholders in USA, Europe, Asia and IndiaBeing responsible, organized and taking ownership of the work/project performed by other Ares India team membersGeneral Requirements: Attention to detailAdaptable, ability to manage multiple priorities, organized, and independentStrong/concise communication skills, experience providing support to end usersStrong documentation skills of process, steps, methodologyStrong team playerHigh energy levelFamiliarity with alternative manager or investment management industry a plusReporting RelationshipsCompensationThe anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below.

Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.$170,000 - $190,000The firm also offers robust Benefits offerings.
