Are you excited by the idea of using your DevOps skills to passionately build and maintain low latency trading systems? Would you like to help us optimize, standardize, and improve our software delivery systems and processes? CTC is seeking a Senior/Lead DevOps Engineer for our DevOps team. As a member of this team you will design, build and maintain CI/CD systems leveraging our Platform and processes.ResponsibilitiesLead a team of 3-5 DevOps EngineersCollaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security and support teams to deliver application services to our customers and internal usersCreate, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelinesManage build artifacts and packagesDeliver and maintain automation solutionsDeploy to Kubernetes clusters and bare metalMeet deadlines in support of a fast-moving release cycleLeverage new technologies and approaches with vendor and open source solutionsBuild monitoring systems, alerts, and dashboards for improved system insights and uptime/status evaluationUtilize modern DevOps tools such as Terraform, GitLab, Artifactory, Conan, Conda, and JenkinsAutomate design patterns as infrastructure as code and test the automationMaintain in-house build and deploy systemsQualificationsExperience managing a small geographically distributed teamExperience with end-to-end DevOps tool chains, with a focus on Jenkins and GitlabProven track record in creating, maintaining, and enhancing all aspects of CI/CD pipelinesAdvanced experience with AWS/Azure and enterprise application architectureExperience with Kubernetes, Flux, Helm, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Vault, Artifactory, and large-scale code managementAdvanced git experienceFluent in Python and shell scriptingDeep knowledge of package/dependency management, Gradle, Conda, or Conan experience preferredProficiency with MS SQL Server and PostgresExperience working with C+, Python and Java developersStrong understanding of observability tools such as Grafana, Splunk and PrometheusCompensationSalary Range: $175-225k, plus a discretionary bonusThe discretionary bonus will be dependent on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and firm performanceOur BenefitsWe strongly believe in the well-being of our employees and their families so we offer outstanding benefits to support you both professionally and personally.
