Primary Responsibilities:

Work closely with functional areas, technical teams, vendors/consultants & stakeholders to solve business problems with technology

Responsible for leading the analysis, design, planning, implementation and support of enterprise technical solutions

Own and govern the adoption and adherence of technology standards and best practices.

Proactively identify and resolve issues, problems and/or gaps in existing solutions

Mentor technical teams

This is a hands-on role responsible for solutioning, developing and supporting technology end to end across the enterprise


Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience designing, developing and supporting enterprise solutions

Experience developing and supporting solutions across multiple disciplines (eg, Application, Infrastructure, Middleware, Database, Public Cloud, SaaS)

Hands-on expertise with SQL & PowerShell

Experience developing and supporting API data integrations

Experience with Business Intelligence solutions

Experience implementing and integrating with ERP, HRIS and/or CRM platforms

Strong Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum)

Experience developing solutions in a hybrid enterprise network environment

Skilled at influencing, guiding and facilitating decision making across functional areas, technical teams and 3rd party vendors to design and delivery secure, stable, sustainable & scalable solutions

Experience with process optimization and automation

Strong written and verbal communication, strategic thinking and a collaborative mindset

Aptitude and desire to quickly become the subject matter expert on new/emerging technologies as needed


Industry Certifications (eg, ITIL, Agile, AWS, Azure, TOGAF)

Experience developing automations and integrations with JD Edwards, SuccessFactors, Workday, Salesforce, SharePoint

Experience with Security-First Architecture

Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Python or similar languages

Experience working with shared source code repositories (eg, GIT), working in a CI/CD and DevOps environment, deploying Infrastructure as code (IaC)
