Genesis10 is currently seeking a Pega- Lead System Architect with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities: Work on debugging, developing, and maintaining applications built on the Pega 8.x platform Write code in Python to develop and support utilities Test and debug the applications Deploy applications on the servers Coordinate with the project manager to ensure that the business architecture meets the customer's needs Monitor the performance of the applications and make necessary changes Bring company databases, legacy software, and online services together Troubleshoot application problems, code errors, and bottlenecks Perform system performance tests Keep the privacy of all system programs intact Provide L3 support, specifically debugging and maintaining production applications built on the Pega platform Involved in all aspects of the software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, debugging and supporting production Requirements: 5 to 7 years' of hands on AML policy and standards experience Experienced Pega Developer with a deep understating of PEGA 8.x PRPC platform and PEGA CLM package Excellent communication skills and ability to influence; able to appropriately convey ideas, concerns and opinions across differing levels of organization and build relationships Proactive and self-motivated, able to manage competing priorities; make timely and fact based decisions Highly organized and demonstrate a bias for action and a commitment to achieving sustainable results Is intellectually curious; constantly seeks to learn and advance his/her knowledge Results driven with attention to detail Strong teamwork skills in a global and regional setting Demonstrates strong risk orientation; challenge status quo and is passionate to drive change Expert knowledge of SPLUNK search processing language (SPL) Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, ability to develop SPLUNK dashboards, writing utilities in Python, and experience with relational databases and web technologies Understanding of coding languages such as Javascript, Angular JS Pega CLSA Pega CLM Pega Robotics Desired Skills: ACAMS certification Advanced understanding of Pega 8.
