This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a corporate Business Intelligence & Analytics function that will simplify and automate information delivery, providing sophisticated insights and analysis to support decision making. As a Business Intelligence Manager, you will focus on high-impact, high-visibility projects that contribute to improving the analytics strategy for SRG€ s corporate and community leaders. Join our team of over 3,500 employees, located across 35 communities and offices, in seven states.
In this role you€ ll be responsible for designing, developing, and managing analytic reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to a wide range of stakeholders. You€ ll help the organization connect with Data and recognize where we stand relative to goals set by Finance, Sales and Marketing, Clinical, Food and Beverage, and other departments. You€ ll work as part of the SRG IT Team, reporting to the Senior Director of Applications, and you€ ll partner with Business Unit Leaders across the organization.
Administer Daily, Monthly, and Annual reports as defined by Corporate Leadership
Proactively and strategically identify reporting errors, gaps, and opportunities both independently and by partnering with Corporate Leadership
Become the Subject Matter Expert on all SRG Reporting KPIs/Definitions/Logic
Manage, Build, and Maintain Tableau Dashboards utilizing internal and external resources
Manage the Development of Custom Yardi reports by partnering with Report Programmers
Quickly Respond to and accommodate ad hoc report/data/analysis requests
Serve as Project Manager of reporting solution implementations from start to finish
