The HR Project Manager is responsible for creating, managing, and executing projects identified to standardize and strengthen HR programs, practices, and processes across S&C. The HR Project Manager implements project management processes and tools for the HR function.
The HR Project Manager provides project management expertise in working with a cross-functional problem-solving team charged with resolving identified program, practice, or process problems. This includes the development of project charters, determination of budgets, timelines, and resource needs to ensure proper prioritization of new projects/initiatives. The HR Project Manager actively manages project resources to ensure that project charters align with HR and S&C business strategic objectives.
The HR Project Manager actively facilitates discussion with HR process owners and project leads to draw out and document risks and interdependencies and then facilitates identification of mitigation plans. The HR Project Manager coordinates change plan communications to ensure optimal implementation and minimal disruptions.
