This role is to lead the development and execution process for the operational strategy and roadmap for the Billing, Collections, and Compliance organization. Build/leverage relationships with executives, senior leaders and develop presentations. The ability to lead informally and work with managers to drive results and deliverables are critical in this role. The role requires effective collaboration, influencing, visioning that bridges strategy, detailed planning, and disciplined execution.Please update the Job Purpose prior to publishing your requisition.

• Lead the annual strategic planning and roadmap development processes that link to budgeting.
• Coordinates the communication and dissemination of plans to the organization.
• Champions innovation and introduces best practices that drive improvement, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Develops performance dashboards and reports that track results against the strategic plan and roadmap.
• Provides thought leadership in problem solving and challenging the status quo.

• Presentation development and storytelling; collaborates with Directors to develop monthly Business Review Presentations.

• Tracks project and initiative progress against plan.
• Tracks Engagement Survey results against action plans.
• Leads the coordination of employee meetings

• Bachelor's Degree, minimum 8 years of progressive experience as a Management Consultant, Project Manager, Operations Leader, or Senior Business Analyst
• Experience developing presentations and presenting to executives
• Experience innovating and building buy-in for change
• Experience developing and implementing operational strategy
• Experience delivering results through others
• Experience collaborating, building strategic relationships, and influencing change
