Welcome to Workday Engineering Platforms and Experiences (EPX) Group! We are a multi-functional team of highly skilled individuals collaborating to design and develop innovative solutions to Workday's most complex problems while improving the way our engineers work.About the RoleWe are looking for a Sr Manager, Technical Program Management to define, establish and maintain governance in the SDLC. You will be part of a globally distributed engineering team responsible for the building and supporting standardized technologies for engineering environments, engineering tools and CI/CD lifecycle management, developer experiences, and more.

The role will define, manage and improve the software best practices of Workday and all that is quality in the SDLC, software developer lifecycle ensuring the experiences of our engineers is stable, performant, highly available and aligned with standard processes.Are you looking to provide direction and leadership to a group of versatile and hard-working engineers? You believe quality is a shift-left activity with dashboards and metrics driving decisions and measuring success.

You are approachable and steadfast in the pursuit of quality in the software engineering lifecycle.Basic Qualifications3- 5+ years of technical program management experience, preferably in IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS.3- 5+ years of people leadership experience3- 5+ years of experience in SDLC Quality & GovernanceOther QualificationsDemonstrated technical expertise in at least two of the following domains: CICD, SDLC lifecycle management, engineering best practices, IT ComplianceSelf starter with exceptional influencing skills.
