Job Description:
Joining our Financial Services Internal Audit practice is an opportunity to assist our clients with transforming governance, maintaining compliance and meeting goals and expectations. We will provide a supportive and challenging environment for you to show up as yourself and deliver develop deeply specialized skill sets demanded in today's market.
Our Financial Services Internal Audit Managers embed themselves into our client team projects that seek to measure conformance to operational baselines, regulatory frameworks, and organizational expectations. Most frequently, we work hand in hand with an organization's Internal Audit function to not only provide day-to-day support (such as performing independent evaluation of specific areas of financial services organizations' operations, from finance to lending to wealth management, as well as verify resolution of previously identified issues) but also to become a trusted partner with the client. Our Managers work with their assigned client and Crowe field team to review risks and controls and design program steps to evaluate them, execute internal audits and issue remediation, hold work sessions with client stakeholders, and craft recommendations that apply to the client's specific control environment.
