To execute this transformation, we need people within our Change Management Chapter who will develop and deploy Change & Comms expertise to support Tribe and Squad objectives and outcomes.

The Change & Comms Lead brings Change Management knowledge and expertise and experience collaborating with delivery teams. You will work with a team of experts deployed across the Tribe to support the delivery of BCG's Finance digital products, using your experience to maximize business engagement and impact. You will also partner with other Change and Comms Specialists in the Change Management Centre of Expertise (CoE) to identify, leverage and contribute to best practices and lessons learned.

Among your responsibilities, you will:
  • Lead and deliver the Agile Change Management approaches for Finance digital products and contribute to the development of the Finance Tribe, working on complex initiatives (across multiple squads, tribes, products )
  • Contribute to the development of the Change Management Chapter
  • Contribute to the development of the Change & Communication Centre of Expertise
  • Champion the organization's Agile mindset
YOU'RE GOOD AT
  • Leading and delivering Change Management activities in an Agile context
  • Dealing with ambiguity and solving complex problems
  • Setting and driving strategies independently and taking ownership of projects end-to-end
  • Adopting the end users' perspective and bringing that lens to the table
  • Engaging effectively and influencing senior stakeholders of any type (technical, non-technical) and group-size (1:1, small/medium/large groups ) both in-person and virtually

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • 7+ years of relevant experience, including a proven track record in leading change activities across several teams, areas or products and solving complex problems for multiple business functions with significant business impact
  • Proven track record of leading Change through influence, building long-term relationships and being referent among colleagues
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proven experience in delivering enterprise-level IT and Digital projects in fast-paced environments with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven experience working in an Agile operating model and championing Agile mindset adoption
  • Change Management Professional certification a plus
  • Experience with Tableau a plus
YOU'LL WORK WITH
  • Product Owners and squad members from the Finance Tribe, to ensure that their change and communication needs are met in the most effective way
  • Change Chapter members, to collaborate at Chapter level towards Tribe Objectives and Key Results, ensuring that the Chapter contributes to maximizing outputs and adoption of working products
  • Change Management CoE members, to collaborate on improving the tools, templates and best practices available for Change Managers across BCG tribes
  • Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters, who will ensure that you adopt agile principles, mindset and ways of working into your daily routine and will coach you during the transformation
