You will be supporting our proven core admin solutions and business process-as-a-service (BPaaS) operations to provide transparency, improve operational efficiency, and break down operational barriers to scale, and drive strategic growth.

You Are: A Delivery Director that will work to support implementations of the Health care ecosystems for our Health Plan client base. You will work with Health Plan Clients; third-party vendors; and onshore and offshore UST associates to ensure high-quality, on-time, and within-budget system implementations/product migrations. You will be responsible for SOW and budget activities.

You will also manage multiple project managers and be responsible for mentoring, maintaining performance, and building a high-performing team of onshore associates, while coordinating with offshore teams and leadership. The Opportunity:Manage and build a high-performing team of committed IT/Business professionals. Improve execution processes for performance, efficiency, and improved client satisfaction.

Drive administrative savings through improved processes, resource management, and leadership growth.Positively ensure revenue optimization and generation through improved client relationshipsOversee multiple implementations by supporting Program and Project Managers break down barriers and issuesEnsure teams meet deliverables and keep internal milestones commitments (ie invoicing) timely.Build repeatability and reusability of the delivery execution processCreate a center of excellence approach for PMO and delivery process Support and provide oversight of the JOM between HealthProof and Healthedge including metric monitoring.

Work with clients to strategize major operational events and large projects while ensuring the team is appropriately prioritizing daily work Direct teams onshore and offshore, across multiple projects, clients, and technologiesContinue to improve and expand the operational readiness, go live, and IT cutover project plan processes What you need:Bachelor's degree or higher in business or technical field; or at least 12 years of relevant work experience in IT or Healthcare Management Exposure to working in an enterprise environment where Program Delivery/Management, Application Development, Product Development and IT Operations for multiple clients, functions, vendors or systems was operated in an environment of continuous improvement Knowledge in managing complex programs, ecosystems and environment schemas Experience with multiple technologies which could include but not be limited to: Informatica, Core Java; Spring Boot; Web Services; XML; SQL; Middleware.Exposure to Cloud (AWS/GCP) Environment and dealing with both on-prem and cloud infrastructure Experience with Program Management, Problem Management, Release Management and exposure to SDLCExperience with Planning, development, debugging and testing concepts and have a strong understanding of large to small projects or technical changes planningStrong Healthcare payor experienceExperience with Agile tools and methodologies including JIRA; SCRUM; Git; BitBucket Experience in architecting software solutions from a business perspective and or technical perspective Work experience in client partner or account interaction with experience working in an offshore modelExperience in a Health Edge application and a managed care environment Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience.? As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below.
