As a Program Manager, you will be leading a team producing critical missile seeker systems and developing next generation capabilities. The work that you do will help keep one of the nation's strategic defense programs streamlined and on-time. Reporting into the Director for Strategic Missiles within Precision Guidance and Sensing Solutions, you will get the opportunity to act strategically to achieve the program's objectives. Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans, both short and long range, for the successful completion of project objectives and continuous improvement.Previous experience in working on incentive fee based programs with financial responsibility of profit/loss.Experience integrating scope, schedule, budget for successful execution of program objectivesAbility to lead cross functional teams (ie, Engineering, Suppliers, Operations, etc.

) in the execution of complex technical tasks, including in a classified environment.Exercise discretion and independent judgement in the performance of duties and in external interactions.Actively manage customer and stakeholder relationships to achieve positive outcomes for all partiesReview and monitor metrics on the projects and provide support as required to the product area director.

Manage risks and opportunities.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Master's degree.Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $143000 - $243100Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
